Wolff Child Psychology offers a range of therapy options, including individual therapy with your child/teen, parent counseling, and family therapy. Our experienced and caring team of psychologists will support your child through evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, and emotional/behavioral regulation difficulties. Over the first few sessions, we will establish a clear conceptualization of your child's needs and establish a treatment plan. While therapy can lead to rapid positive change in your child's life, making lasting changes can take some time. Our psychologists will communicate with you throughout the process to check in on progress toward treatment goals.

Individual TherapyIndividual therapy focuses on improving the social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties experienced by many children and teens. For individuals with anxiety or depressive disorders, therapy will incorporate specific evidence-based treatment plans, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Family TherapyBecause parents and families are central to children's healthy development, we often integrate them into a child's treatment. Therapy often works best when there is a combination of parent, child, and family supports. We work to help families build the confidence and skills needed to effectively address each child's specific challenges.
