Fees & Insurance

At Wolff Child Psychology we believe in being transparent and upfront about fees for our services. We understand this is a significant investment and it’s important that you and your child get the help and services you need. We strive to support you through the insurance process even when we’re out of network. We also accept payment through HSA/Flex Spend programs and offer payment plan options.

Whether our service is covered by your insurance depends on your specific situation and insurance coverage.

  • Evaluations: We are in-network with Kaiser, Carelon, and Medicaid (note: insurance providers may require certain procedures and criteria to be met).
  • Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs): These are school-district funded evaluations that are part of a broader process between parents and the school district.
  • Therapy: We are in-network with Kaiser and Carelon, and accept some Medicaid plans.
  • Executive Functioning Coaching: Services are not typically covered by insurance.
